Head, Inc. - Career Opportunities - Airfield Pavement Specialists

Head, Inc. provides concrete paving at airfields for military installations and local airports. We work primarily in the southeast United States. We provide hands on training and offer the opportunity for advancement. Travel is necessary in all positions. Each project is approximately 6 to 12 months in duration. Once a project is completed, our operation is relocated to another project.

Heavy Equipment Operator: Dozers, Motor Graders, Rollers, Slipform Pavers, Trimmers and Placers.

Batch Plant Operator: Concrete Batch Plant. Training Available.

Concrete Finisher: Finishers to follow slipform paver and screed work.

Skilled/Unskilled Laborer: All types of labor work pertaining to airfield paving. Training available.
